The Master of Human Resource Management Programme is conducted by the FHR Lim A Po Institute for Social Studies in collaboration with the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) and the Department of Public Administration and Sociology of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The Programme is designed for HR professionals and managers who are committed to their organization’s institutional and capacity building and make them highly competent professionals able to work effectively in the context of a developing environment with increasing HR challenges.
It is a part-time 60 ECTS programme, delivered in 2 years and consists of four blocks:
1) A Content Block
2) A Process Block
3) A Context Block and
4) A Capstone Project.
Request for accreditation by NOVA of this Programme has already been submitted by FHR and accreditation will be forthcoming soon.
- A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of at least three years of study at a recognized university or institute of higher education;
- At least two years relevant working experience;
- Proficiency in English (applicant whose first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by submitting official test scores from TOEFL or from the FHR TOEFEL Equivalent test)
- Successful completion of the admission required leveling courses.
