Abstract

Ineffective behavior of leaders and the growing power of followers disturb the balance between leaders and employees. The people-first leadership concept restores the imbalance and sustains a healthy organization. To becoming aware of this concept is the purpose of this seminar. Therefore we respond to three questions and do four audits:

  1. What is people-first leadership? In short: the ability to create consent to be bound in the meeting of minds. You recognize whether your style of working profile supports the concept of people-first leadership.
  2. Why do we need this leadership? Human beings lack swarm intelligence to make the right decisions. We cannot meet the requirements of the right view, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration. People-first leadership is the answer to overcome this deficiency.
  3. What is your status of readiness due to this concept? The outcome of the audits yields your readiness on 9 sets: emotions, settled state of stress, tenacity, teambuilding, effective relationships, mental programming, empowerment, power of people-first leadership and feedback.
