The Master of Public Administration and Governance Programme is conducted by the FHR School of Governance in cooperation with the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam.

 

This Master Degree is issued by ISS and was accredited by EAAPA (the European Association of Public Administration Accreditation) in September 2011 and by NOVA (Nationaal Orgaan voor Accreditatie) in August 2014. We are currently awaiting re-accreditation by EAPAA (December 2017).

 

The programme is designed for young professionals and mid-career executives from the public sector, semi-governmental organizations and other civil society organizations who are committed to public service and are involved in Policy Preparation and Policy Formulation.

 

The programme delivers about 20-30 graduates annually.

 

This 72 ECTS programme is delivered in 22 months and consists of 15 modules and an Individual Study Project.

 

 Admission Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree, preferably in one of the social sciences; consisting of a minimum of three years university or HBO study.
  • Substantial relevant work experience;
  • Proof of English Proficiency.
  • Successful completion of the Admission Required Leveling Courses
