In an increasingly complex world, with more information and more products to choose from, it is more and more difficult to break through with the message of your company; the goal of the modern marketer is to develop a valuable offer and communicate it to your customers in a convincing way.
From a strategic point of view, it is important for the organization to understand the market environment and relevant trends, develop a value proposition for the own products and understand how it is different to the competitors. The marketing tactics focus on (i) understanding the customer, (ii) taking decisions on products, price, distribution channels, and promotions, (iii) communicating to the market, and (iv) measuring success.
This seminar will give a brief journey through key strategic and tactical issues of marketing and offer tools and tips. It is characterized by high interactivity and allows to share best practices and work in small groups.
The objective of this seminar is to increase the awareness of the challenges for marketing in the 21th century, give insights into key strategic and tactical issues and offer simple tools and tips for success.
